kindling smooth hype
buoying much hope
at a stroke
Meekly he came
minding not fame
bashing old game
as a shame
Truly we sought
thinking we got
linking much thoughts
to our pots
Strangely we lost
and sadly we cost
vowing this time
despite known costs
to reform
