Hello
Whose heart is there
No changing
No charging
My train is here
Hello
Whose line is this
No coiling
No cutting
My show ain't tease
Hello
Whose part is due
No shutters
No shatters
My share is new
Hello
Whose heart be home
No blaming
No blighting
My sea will foam
Hello
Whose soul be mine
No wailing
No wavering
My gold to mine
Love: Which is your side of the divide? Too many souls are diving in and out, yet a zillion souls still yearn and search! Okay, maybe not hard or far enough...but they search. Yeah.
My take? Don't board up, get on board!
Just as the Internet happened upon us and changed our world, I foresee poetry in a new and renewed resurgence: the shorthand for social communication, back-stopping our drift away from heavy reading. Verses for the Masses promotes the Culture of "Popular Poetry", will help make our day, our way, our world, a better blend. Here be First Leg of my Literature Tripod & New Media Offerings.
